As an example, a 3.5 g matte stand-up pouch with a standard zipper is US$0.60 per bag at 500 pieces, US$0.33 at 1,000 pieces and US$0.16 at 3,000 pieces. Mylar bags are flexible pouches made from multi-layer laminated film. A common structure is a printed PET outer layer, a metallised or aluminium-foil barrier layer, and a PE inner sealing layer. The film structure, thickness and barrier level are set to your product, and we confirm the exact laminate in your quote.
Standard sizes run from 1 g (7 x 9 cm) up to 1 lb, including 3.5 g, 7 g, 14 g and 28 g. Shapes are stand-up, flat and custom die-cut to your own outline. Any other dimension is made to order — send your own size and we build the dieline around it.
Yes. Send a logo or a sketch and our free design service turns it into print-ready artwork for every panel. We print full colour, front and back, up to 10 colours on high-speed gravure for larger runs, and match brand colours on request. You approve a finished pouch before bulk production.
Yes. Child-resistant zippers are available on every size from 3.5 g up to 1 lb, and the pouch stays resealable after opening. We supply samples for your own certification testing, because child resistance is tested and certified in the market where you sell — we do not hold a test report on your behalf.
Mylar pouches are widely used for dry foods, powders, snacks, coffee, tea and supplements. Printed labels and warnings follow the rules of your market, and that sign-off stays with the brand.
Production takes about 3 to 10 days after you approve the artwork, and orders ship within about 5 days of completion. Ready-made stock bags ship within 3 days of payment. Exact dates are confirmed in your quote, and we tell you before a deposit if a run takes longer.
Yes. Sampling comes before bulk production on every custom order: we make a sample pouch so you can check size, film, print and zipper on your own product, and the full run starts only after you approve it. Samples carry a sample fee, confirmed up front.
